Located in Sydney, we can provide delivery up to 3 business days and or less to provided addresses within parts of Sydney Metro area for some products (which you must order before 2:00pm Monday - Friday & non-public holidays). Should this be required, please contact us for further information. (Please note, Authority To Leave will automatically apply, should you require otherwise, please contact us for further information)
Delivery
*Rugs excluded: Standard Delivery - $14 inc. GST (NSW/ VIC/ QLD) or $16 inc. GST (WA, TAS, NT, SA) to most locations in Australia.
Our standard delivery timing estimates vary from 3 days in capital cities to up to 12 days to non-metro and rural locations. It is the least expensive option and by selecting standard delivery, you are telling us that your order is not needed for a specific date and delays are acceptable.
The following Express Delivery, High Priority/Business Critical time frames currently vary and delays are to be expected, please refer to above notice and or contact us for further information - Express Delivery, High Priority/Business Critical - $18 inc. GST (NSW/ VIC/ QLD) or $20 inc. GST (WA, TAS, NT, SA)
When you pay the extra for Express, your order gets shoved to the front of the queue and we send your order with our premier delivery service.
Order prior to 2pm for next business day dispatch. Delivery timeframe is roughly 2-3 business days to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro. 2-3 business days to South Australia, 3-4 business days to Western Australia, Tasmania & Northern Territory.
Estimates provided are for capital cities only. If freight exceeds our displayed estimates above, you will be contacted for further arrangements.
Rug Shipping
Standard Delivery for Rugs under the cost of $250 - $35 (ACT, NSW, VIC & QLD), $50 (NT, WA, TAS), $40 (SA)

Free Shipping for Rugs over $249.99 - This excludes TASMANIA
This is as stated, however, can change at our discretion. Should your shipping cost exceed an amount $70.00AUD, we will likely contact the customer to advise of payment for shipping required.
Bambury Shipping

General
Authority To Leave means that the courier will leave your order at the delivery address you provided regardless of if anyone is present or not. At check out the Authority To Leave option will automatically be selected to help keep costs low. Keep in mind, if you order with the Signature Required option selected, and you are not home to receive, you may be charged for re-delivery fees incurred by us from the courier.
We reserve the right to change our delivery fee for extreme regional, remote and outback locations as well as for bulky products. In the event of excess delivery fees we will contact you directly to advise the options available.
Dispatch & Delivery Times: Each product listing includes the estimated dispatch time frame for that product. Typically, items listed on the website will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 business hours. In some cases the estimated dispatch time frame will be longer, for example where items are made to order. We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible and we will send you an email to let you know when your item has been dispatched by us or if we anticipate delays.
Risk in the products passes to you on commencement of delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the products after delivery.
Failed Deliveries: It is important that you verify your information is correct before placing your order, especially your delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you will be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us and we reserve the right to pass on applicable charges to you if you provide wrong address information.
